THE SHIP'S ITINERARY
All guests booking airfare on their on own should
know that they can board the ship between 12:30PM and 7:45PM on Sunday. The earlier your arrival to the pier, the better.
The ship or Black Sense is NOT responsible for late arrivals. On the return flight home, the earliest return
flight from San Juan Airport should be no earlier than 11:00AM.

Passport
Carnival recommends that all guests travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the
completion of travel. For more information or to obtain a passport application, visit www.travel.state.gov. Passport Services
(www.passportservices.com/carnival) can also provide application assistance. However, birth certificates with a raised seal are also allowed.
OPTIONAL SERVICES THAT GUESTS

Insurance: $109pp for Inside Staterooms, $119pp for Ocean-view Staterooms and $119pp

CANCELLATION POLICY -If you cancel between Sept.1st - Dec. 31st, 2011 - 50% of
the deposits you made will be forfeited.
-If you cancel between Jan. 1st - May 11th, 2012 - $250pp plus 50% of your deposit
will be forfeited.
-All deposits are non-refundable after May 11th, 2012 unless you purchased cruise insurance. With
Cruise Insurance you will receive your cruise claim amount less $50 administrative fees. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE! (Name Changes are
not allowed) Note:
This is a "Special Theme Cruise Event" in which all reservations made are bound by
the cancellation terms and conditions set forth by Black Sense Entertainment and not by the cancellation terms and conditions
of Carnival Cruise Lines. By reserving travel as a guest of the Summer Groove Theme Cruise all guest acknowledge compliance
to these terms and conditions set forth above and at no time can hold Black Sense Entertainment nor Carnival Cruise Lines
liable for any independent agent's or representative's additional terms of cancellations when traveling with the Summer Groove
Cruise as a representative of that group or individual.
